The engine was a Air cooled cooled Two stroke, single cylinder. The engine featured a 10.0:1 compression ratio.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.00-21 front tire and a 4.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 180mm Drum in the front and a 180mm Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Marzocchi forks while the rear was equipped with a Singling fork with gas shocks. The 250 Chatt was fitted with a 9.1 Liters / 2.4 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 107.5 kg / 237 lbs.
