It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 170/60 -17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs in the front and a single 220mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock. The wheelbase was 59.8 inches (1519 mm) long.

The 2011 MY Jawa 660 Sportard has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 660cc, single cylinder powerplant paired to a five-speed manual transmission, and can produce 49 horsepower and 57 Nm of torque. This machine has been designed as a combination between a sportbike and a supermotard, and comes standard with features such as laced wheels, a front telescopic fork, a rear monoshock, a small, fork-mounted fairing with a small windscreen, a dual seat, passenger grab handles, an instrumentation panel with digital and analogue displays, as well as a high-end exhaust system.
