The 2008 Honda TRX500FG CTE Canadian Trail Edition Rubicon sports several premium upgrades over the base version, making this machine even cooler, even though for Canadian riders only. This ATV comes with Honda's acclaimed Electric Power Steering and the made-for-Canada suspension calibration for easier directional control with less fatigue. Other premium features include the GPScape, Electric Shift Program, watertight storage, and special-design front brakes.

This ATV also offers a selectable 2WD/4WD, while the fully-sealed Hondamatic transmission delivers constant performance even in the wet without the need for constant maintenance. This ATV also comes with two traction modes: D1 for max performance and D2 for very low traction situations, both with true engine braking for steep gradients.

Boasting a special-edition, Made-for-Canada suspension, the 2009 Honda FourTrax TRX500FG CTE Canadian Trail Edition Rubicon comes with extreme terrainability and is capable of handling pretty much anything you might throw at it. The electric power steering reduces kickback and helps turning more easily at low speed; the reduced effort means you could ride an entire day and be less tired than when aboard other ATVs.

Electric shifting and the automatic clutch make sure there is no power loss between the gears, so tackling difficult terrain is now safer and more rewarding. Selectable 2/4WD adds max grip on the fly, while the shaft drive needs no maintenance and delivers consistent performance in the hardest conditions.
