The Hero Honda CBZ X-treme was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Hero Honda between 2000 and 2011. It could reach a top speed of 62 mph (100 km/h). Max torque was 9.44 ft/lbs (12.8 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 13.95 HP (10.4 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 57.3mm bore x 57.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 149.2 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multiplate, wet.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 100/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a swing arm with 5 step hydraulic shock absorbers.
