The Yamaha C3 was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter produced by Yamaha between 2007 and 2013.
Engine
The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 38.0mm bore x 43.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive
The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the dry centrifugal automatic clutch.
Chassis
It came with a 120/90-10 front tire and a 120/90-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork, 2.3-in travel while the rear was equipped with a unit swing, 2.2-in travel. The C3 was fitted with a 1.2 Gallon (4.54 Liters) fuel tank. The 2010 Yamaha C3 sports the simple yet functional design of a very useful commuting machine. The 49cc engine delivers awesome mileage and makes the C3 perfect for daily use. C3 comes with good fuel economy as its liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine has electronic fuel injection with a 19mm Mikuni throttle body. The fully-automatic V-belt transmission offer easy and convenient throttle-and-go operation. Starting the Yamaha C3 is also easy thanks to the electric push-button system with a backup kickstarter.
