The Moto Morini Scrambler 1200 was a v2, four-stroke enduro / offroad motorcycle produced between 2009 and 2018. Max torque was 77.45 ft/lbs (105.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 114.52 HP (85.4 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 107.0mm bore x 66.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1187.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 12.2:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the multiple-plate clutch in oil bath with antiskipping system and radial master-cylinder.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/80-r19 front tire and a 150/70-r17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. brembo, 2-piston caliper in the front and a single disc. brembo in the rear. The front suspension was a upside down fork while the rear was equiped with a öhlins mono-shock-absorber on the side. The Scrambler 1200 was fitted with a 5.55 Gallon (21.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 440.92 pounds (200.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.27 inches (1480 mm) long.
