The Husqvarna 240 WR was a single cylinder, two-stroke enduro / offroad motorcycle produced between 1985 and 1986. It could reach a top speed of 68 mph (110 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 16.63 HP (12.4 KW) @ 5500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 68.8mm bore x 64.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 239.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 12.3:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a membrane.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 3.00-21 front tire and a 5.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The 240 WR was fitted with a 3.3 Gallon (12.50 Liters) fuel tank.
