The Triumph Thruxton 1200 R was a twin, four-stroke classic motorcycle produced between 2016 and 2018. Max torque was 82.61 ft/lbs (112.0 Nm) @ 4900 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 94.94 HP (70.8 KW) @ 6250 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled twin, four-stroke. A 97.6mm bore x 80.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1200.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 11.0:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the wet, multi-plate assist clutch.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 160/60-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. abs. brembo. 4-piston radial monobloc calipers in the front and a single disc. abs. nissin. 2-piston floating caliper in the rear.
