The Raleigh Supermatic RM5 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Raleigh between 1960 and 1964. It could reach a top speed of 30 mph (48 km/h).

Chassis

Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a leading link while the rear was equipped with a swingarm.
