The Triumph Thruxton is powered by a 1200cc ‘high power’, eight-valve, parallel twin Bonneville engine, which delivers a claimed peak torque figure of 112Nm at 4950rpm (62% more than the previous generation). The claimed power output is 97Ps at 6,750rpm (41% up on the previous model’s engine).
