The Aermacchi Chimera 175 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Classic motorcycle produced by Aermacchi between 1956 and 1965. It could reach a top speed of 68 mph (110 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 13.41 HP (10.0 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 60.0mm bore x 61.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 172.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 2.50-17 front tire and a 2.50-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic while the rear was equipped with a Telescopic. The bike weighed just 268.96 pounds (122.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 53.54 inches (1360 mm) long.
