In 1978, one year after the presentation of the 500 twin was put up for sale the little sister of 250 cc, that exploiting the extreme engine designed by Franco Lambertini, mounted on the casing that was common to the entire line of motorcycles, one group heat equal to that of 500, while the cycling was very similar to that of the 125 H, differed for the engine resiliently mounted on large silent-block in order to attenuate the vibrations that in the large single cylinder were even greater.
