The Hero Splendor Pro was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Hero between 2012 and 2019. It could reach a top speed of 87 mph (140 km/h). Max torque was 5.9 ft/lbs (8.0 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 8.05 HP (6.0 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 50.0mm bore x 49.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 97.2 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive

The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 2.75-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers while the rear was equipped with a swing arm with 5 step hydraulic shock absorbers.
