The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 67.0mm bore x 65.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 229.5 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.00-21 front tire and a 4.60-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a inverted telescopic, 48mm upper, 37mm lower while the rear was equipped with a monoshock with preload adjustment.
