It came with a 120/70-ZR17 front tire and a 190/50-ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual semi-floating 310 mm petal discs with dual radial-mounted four-piston calipers in the front and a Single 250mm petal disc with twin-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm inverted cartridge fork with adjustable preload, stepless rebound and compression damping adjustments while the rear was equipped with a Bottom-Link Uni-Trak and gas-charged shock with adjustable preload, stepless rebound and compression damping adjustments, adjustable ride height. The ZZR 1400/ZX-R 14 Special Edition was fitted with a 1.32 Gallon (5.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 57.09 inches (1450 mm) long.
