EngineEdit

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 63.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 449.3 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

DriveEdit

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, dds multi-disc clutch, brembo hydraulics.

ChassisEdit

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 140/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. brake calipers on floating bearings in the front and a single disc. brake calipers on floating bearings in the rear. The front suspension was a wp-usd xplor 48 with preload adjuster while the rear was equipped with a wp xplor pds shock absorber. The 450 Rally Replica was fitted with a 2.25 Gallon (8.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 306.44 pounds (139.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.35 inches (1482 mm) long.
