The CCM 604 RS was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by CCM between 2000 and 2003. It could reach a top speed of 99 mph (160 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 51.9 HP (38.7 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

A 97.0mm bore x 81.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 598.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 150/60-70 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The 604 RS was fitted with a 5.28 Gallon (20.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 306.44 pounds (139.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.35 inches (1482 mm) long.
