Engine[edit | edit source]
A 104.1mm bore x 104.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1099.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 190/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 230mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm Marzocchi fully-adjustable upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a Extreme Tech TTX fully-adjustable mono-shock.
2008 Bimota DB7 Black Edition[edit | edit source]
If you like the Bimota DB7, but also want an aggressive and dark look on your machine, than the 2008 MY DB7 Black Edition may suit your needs. It's innards and technologies are the same as the but model, but the Italian designers have blacked-out almost every component, which contrasts nicely with the bright red and white that covers its exposed frame parts.
