The Honda AX-1 Sports Traverse was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Honda in 1983. It could reach a top speed of 81 mph (130 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 28.43 HP (21.2 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The AX-1 Sports Traverse was fitted with a 2.38 Gallon (9.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 286.6 pounds (130.0 Kg).
