The Hercules K125 Military was a single cylinder, two-stroke Sport touring motorcycle produced by Hercules between 1970 and 1990. It could reach a top speed of 62 mph (100 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 12.2 HP (9.1 KW) @ 7000 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 54.0mm bore x 54.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a port control.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-discs.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25-18 front tire and a 3.50-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The front suspension was a Hydraulically damped while the rear was equipped with a Swing with hydr. muted spring struts. The K125 Military was fitted with a 3.96 Gallon (15.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 50.98 inches (1295 mm) long.
