A 98.0mm bore x 59.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 449.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.
ChassisEdit
It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 140/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. bremo in the front and a single disc. bremo in the rear. The front suspension was a 45 mm marzocchi usd forks while the rear was equipped with a öhlins damper. The 450 Sports Enduro was fitted with a 2.25 Gallon (8.50 Liters) fuel tank.
