2012 Triumph Scrambler Tony Hawk Special[edit | edit source]
The 2013 MY Triumph Scrambler Tony Hawk Special is a one-of-a-kind motorcycle built by Triumph in association with a number of different companies and Tony Hawk himself, for the "L.A. Stand Up for Skateparks" event. They took a base Scrambler and added a number of features that increase both performance and aesthetics.
The bike is equipped with Dunlop Trailmax TR91 tires, an oversized floating brake rotor, custom-built Progressive Suspension 970 series reservoir shocks, Progressive front forks, and a Gold series D.I.D. O-ring chain. The Tony Hawk Special breaths through an Arrow 2-into-1 stainless steel exhaust, and sport two-tone paint courtesy of Airtrix, featuring red pin-striping and a Hawk logo on each side of the gas tank.
