The Yamaha IT 175 was a 175cc, single cylinder, two stroke, reed valve, motocross motorcycle motorcycle produced by Yamaha from 1977 to 1983.
Engine[edit | edit source]
A 66.0mm bore x 66.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 175.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-discs.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 120/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum in the front and a Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Kayaba forks while the rear was equipped with a Monoshoks. The wheelbase was 56.3 inches (1430 mm) long.
