The Yamaha Venture MM Limited Edition was a PUSHROD OHV, AIR-COOLED, 48° V-TWIN Touring motorcycle produced by Yamaha in 2000.
Engine
A 94.0mm bore x 94.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1294.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive
The bike has a 5 speed, manual, wide ratio transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis
It came with a 130/90-16 front tire and a 150/80-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual 298mm discs in the front and a Single 320mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Air-assist telescopic fork, 5.6 in. travel while the rear was equipped with a Air-assist single shock, link-type, 4.1 in. travel. The wheelbase was 66.3 inches (1684 mm) long.
2000 Yamaha Venture MM Limited Edition
The 1999 MM Limited Edition of the Venture brings exclusive upgrades on both the functional and aesthetic sides. Around 1500 such bikes will be manufactured, each with a trunk-mounted brass serial number plate, with MM emblems adorning the speedometer, fuel tank, and saddlebag hinges.
The dash instruments housing was also redesigned, while a new collapsible antenna was also installed. The bikes also comes with a a five-year, unlimited mileage warranty and 24-hour roadside assistance including 24-hour toll-free service line, 24-hour emergency towing, locksmith service, dealer locator service, trip interruption benefits and a customized trip planning service.
