==Engine==
The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, V-Twin, Milwaukee-Eight 107, Pushrod-operated, overhead valves with hydraulic, self-adjusting lifters, 4 valves per cylinder. The engine featured a 10.5:1 [[compression ratio]].  

==Drive==
Power was moderated via the Multi-plate, wet.  

==Chassis==
It came with a 130/90B16,53H,BW front [[tire]] and a 150/80B16,77H,BW rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2 x Disc, 4 piston caliper in the front and a Single Disc, 2 piston floating caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a  Showa Inverted forks while the rear was equipped with a Mono Shock adjustable. The Softail Heritage Classic was fitted with a 18.9 Litres / 5 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 316 kg / 696.6 lbs. The wheelbase was 1630 mm / 64.2 in long.
